Motor Vehicles and Parking When entering or leaving the community, please drive at a speed not exceeding fifteen miles per hour. All parking is unassigned unless specified in the lease. Vehicles obstructing garage entrances, fire lanes, unspecified parking areas, handicapped spaces, or dumpsters will be towed at the owner's expense. Residents are responsible for informing their guests about towing policies. Parking lots are designated for automobiles, motorcycles, vans, and pick-up trucks used by residents and occupants. Vehicles without current inspection stickers or license plates are subject to towing. Parking lots cannot be used for commercial vehicles, taxis, boats, trailers, large trucks, buses, or motor homes, nor for vehicle repairs. City fire codes prohibit parking motorcycles under breezeways, on sidewalks, patios, or inside apartments. Please do not park in designated fire lanes or block trash receptacles, as violations will result in towing and potential fines. Abandoned and Inoperable Vehicles All abandoned and/or inoperable vehicles are subject to towing. Vehicles with malfunctioning alarm systems that sound continuously for one hour or intermittently for three hours may also be towed. If you will be absent from your apartment, please arrange for a contact person with management. Vehicles leaking fluids or with flat tires may be towed. Parking lots are not to be used as playgrounds.
